All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at orgoveranaturals@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
SECTION 6 - NO RETURNS & REFUNDS All sales are final. Orgovera Naturals does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed. As we deal in natural, organic, and personal care products, all items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
In rare cases where a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof at orgoveranaturals@gmail.com. We will review and resolve the matter at our sole discretion, which may include a store credit or replacement. We do not offer monetary refunds.
