All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items As a store dealing in natural and organic products including perishable goods, personal care, and wellness items, all products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
Exceptions In rare cases where a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof at orgoveranaturals@gmail.com. We will review and resolve at our discretion.
Refunds We do not offer refunds. However, if a damaged or incorrect item is verified by our team, we may offer a store credit or replacement at our sole discretion.
