Shipping & Orders
We offer standard delivery across India, typically reaching your doorstep within 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, we are unable to make further changes. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used soap bars. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a full replacement. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated notification with a tracking ID. You can use this ID on our courier partner's website to see the live status of your delivery.
